 <p>LOCATION\: The Kung Fu Studio at Winterhaven Square 3148 E. Ft. Lowell at Country Club</p>
 <p>This Mini-Workshop is for those curious about traditional Tai Chi training. Participants will get a good workout without damaging their joints\, overheating or becoming exhausted. Benefits of practice can include sustained mental clarity\, reduced stress\, relaxation and greatly increased energy.</p>
 <p>Materials presented are for anyone. Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. You can train barefoot\, but it's optional. Bring a water bottle to be sure you get plenty of water. Expect little or no sweating\, but you will flush out toxins and lots of water is needed.</p>
